How does the Support Program portion of OU Work?

Our motto at Overcomers Unanimous is Reach, Teach, and Preach.

• First, we like to REACH people, and we can do that through counseling, and one to one sessions.
• Next, we like to TEACH, we do that by giving out information of current trends and issues.
• Third we like to PREACH. Preaching can be traditional from the pulpit, I always love to share the Word of God, but it also means we will use or offer Bible studies as needed, requested, and or as appropriate.

A Word about O.U.

Over the years, my experience has demonstrated to me that while substance abuse and addiction are major issues and need to be the main focus, many other areas have been dealt with through Overcomers Unanimous (OU). Family issues, relationships, codependency, and the impact of these issues on the unbeliever and the believer alike. That is why OU offers a variety of counseling, consulting, speaking, preaching and support endeavors, to try to meet the needs of our present time. Introductory Session on Addiction: “The Monster Within”

This faith-based counseling consulting ministry was developed after many years of working in the counseling field. Working in the education setting and the counseling realm and is designed to assist people in addressing the issues of addiction and issues related to addiction. At OU, we focus on the relationship that a drug or behavior can develop and the need to replace it with a personal relation with the truth. Jesus Christ says that he is the truth; therefore, Overcomers Unanimous is focused on Christ. Many men and women from all walks of life come to find help with physical and emotional issues as well as eating or gambling issues.
